A doorbell that drops offline is usually a wifi or power problem, not a “bad camera”. We check signal at the door, add an extender if the router is too far, and set motion zones so you are not alerted by every car on the street.
For intercoms we confirm lock polarity, door-release timing and indoor station placement before drilling. Building management permissions are handled where they are required.

No. Battery doorbells need no bell wiring. If you already have a transformer and chime, we can often reuse it for a wired unit so you never think about charging.

We measure signal at the mounting point first. If it is weak we add an extender, a mesh node, or specify a wired IP intercom so video does not freeze when someone rings.
Yes, when the gate motor has a standard dry-contact or lock output. We test open and close from the indoor station before handover and will not guess at incompatible motors.
