Cabling that stays labelled
We plan, pull and terminate ethernet, coaxial and fibre runs for villas, apartments and offices — concealed routes, tested ports and a patch panel you can actually work from later.
Cabling done clean.
Racks done right.
A look at recent structured cabling, rack dressing, and network terminations — labelled, tested, and built to stay tidy years later.
Ports you will not have to chase later
Slow wifi and dead wall sockets usually start behind the plaster. We map every run before a hole is drilled, keep data away from power, and terminate to a labelled patch panel so adding a camera or access point later is a patch lead — not a rebuild.
New villa backbone, office floor, or a handful of extra points in a finished apartment: the same standard applies. Every cable is tested before we leave.
- Route survey before any chasing or trunking
- Cat6 / Cat6a, RG6 coaxial and fibre as required
- Keystone jacks, faceplates and labelled panels
- Certification report and port map on handover
Built for how the space is used
The cable plan follows the building, not a generic template.
Villas & apartments
TV points, office rooms, CCTV homeruns and mesh nodes — pulled through conduits or trunking with as little disruption as the finish allows.
Offices & shops
Desk drops, POS points, WiFi APs and a tidy comms cabinet so staff are not sharing one overloaded socket.
Add-on runs
Extra ports on an existing network, re-termination of failed links, and fibre between floors or outbuildings.
From plan to patch panel
Four stages. Nothing left undocumented behind the walls.
Route planning
We count ports, pick cabinet location and mark paths that respect bend radius and power separation.
Pulling & protection
Cables go through conduit or trunking — no stretched jackets, no sharp edges, no mixed power and data in the same chase.
Termination
RJ45 jacks, coaxial fittings and fibre terminations done to spec, then dressed into a labelled panel.
Test & map
Every run is certified. You get a port map so the next technician — or you — knows what is where.
Numbers from ten years on the job
Network & cabling services
From a single extra port to a full building backbone.
Structured ethernet
Cat6 and Cat6a homeruns to rooms, desks and access points, terminated and tested for gigabit traffic.
Coaxial & TV cabling
RG6 for satellite, cable and multi-room TV distribution with clean F-type terminations.
Fibre links
Single-mode runs between floors or buildings where copper cannot cover the distance cleanly.
Racks & patch panels
Cabinets dressed with managers, labels and enough slack to add devices later without a mess.
Conduit & trunking
Protected routes through walls, ceilings and outdoor runs so jackets are not left exposed.
Fault finding
Dead ports, split pairs and damaged runs traced, re-terminated or replaced and retested.
Frequently asked questions
Cat6 covers gigabit reliably for most homes. We specify Cat6a where you want headroom for 10-gigabit links, longer runs, or a denser office floor. We will tell you which is worth the extra cost on site.
Yes. We use existing conduits, surface trunking or fishing techniques to keep chasing to a minimum. We discuss the least-visible route before any work starts.
Every run is tested before handover. You receive a labelled port map showing destination, length and pass status so future changes are straightforward.
Yes. We extend from the existing cabinet where possible, add faceplates and patch into the current panel so the new ports sit on the same numbering scheme.
A villa with six to eight data points is usually one to two days, depending on wall finishes and whether TV coaxial or fibre is included. We confirm a schedule after the survey.
